How to Contact CU Software

With CU Software, our goal is to provide you with what you need, where you are. All of our services are available right here on the web or by e-mailing or calling us.

CU Software is now working closely with the CIT Contact Center (HelpDesk) to better serve your software-related needs.  We are making use of Cornell's Remedy system to help us better document and manage support issues, which will help us provide the Cornell community with quick and efficient service.

Visit Us

CU Software’s services are designed so that you won’t need to come to our office; however, if you’d like to visit, that’s fine too, since we enjoy meeting new people and putting a face to the voice or email. Please try to let us know you are coming if possible...we wouldn't want to miss you and waste your time.

You'll find us in the Computing and Communications Center (CCC), which is on the Ag Quad adjacent to Roberts Hall, Bailey Hall, Martha Van Rensselaer Hall, and Caldwell Hall.

Once you get to CCC, head for the Contact Center (HelpDesk) on the first floor, and ask for CU Software.
