We are always busy working on new or existing projects with one goal in mind: improve our service offerings to Cornell. With that goal in mind CU Software generally has thee types of projects in the works: new license projects, renewal license projects, and service enhancement projects.
New License Projects
All new license projects are initiated by members of Cornell. Essentially, a new software need is identified, and in collaboration with the Cornell community, we determine if a viable licensing solution can be obtained.

Renewal License Projects
CU Software currently manages 25 different license agreements for 100+ products. Most of these agreements have annual or multi-year terms, which must be continually evaluated and renewed in order to maintain software functionality.

Service Enhancement Projects
In order to strategically maintain an effective licensing service for Cornell, it is important that we implement continuous process improvement methodologies to ensure we are doing things right. We believe that if it isn't broken...we aren't looking hard enough.
