Cornell's Adobe Contractual Licensing Program is in place and we have selected The Technology Connection at The Cornell Store as our educational reseller for Adobe products.

Ordering through The Technology Connection will be fast and easy, and you may do so in the following manner:

1. Online -- The most popular Adobe products are available to order through The Technology Connection's Online Ordering System. Select your product(s) (don't forget maintenance too) and use a department account number to process the order.

2. Email -- Some Adobe products will not be listed or available online, since they are not commonly ordered; therefore, we have provided a listing of those products (all products actually) below for your convenience. All you need to do is send an email to The Technology Connection and include:

  • Name
  • Department
  • Shipping Address
  • Product Name & Number
  • Quantity
  • Platform (specify quantities for each platform)
  • Department Account Number (Ex: 123-4567-890-999)

The staff at The Technology Connection will process your order quickly and send an order confirmation email with instructions & the appropriate Product Key(s) to install the software.

NOTE:  Please retain your order confirmation email as your proof of license.

Order Fulfillment

  • If you have ordered CD/DVDs from The Technology Connection, delivery is typically 2 - 5 days.
  • If you would like to download Adobe software, please forward a copy of your Technology Connection order confirmation email to cit@cornell.edu.  The CIT Contact Center will review your order and contact you with instructions for downloading your software.
